Awesome game but...

This game is awesome. I love it and play it lots... However... When i moved onto rgn2 my robot glitched out and i couldnt access the map to battle. What ever i do, it will not fix and its getting to the point to where i am gonna have to delete it to fix it, and if i delete it, all data in the app goes away then i have to restart from nothing. The only things that i can think of that caused this might be one of the following: 1. As soon as i got my new robot i started customizing it. I bought brand mew moves and such. Later after my first battle i went to moves and it said i had stock moves and to change them, and anything i did, did not work. 2 i was previewing a new head (still had default clown head) and then i wanted to battle, but there was no clown head in the store to re-equip and did not have enough money to buy a new one, which after did not let me use the map button. It was either one or both of these things that destroyed my game, and i would like it fixed, also along with that, when u move up another rgn you should mot have to start from scratch, that honestly made me so mad. Other then my game not working, the time i dis play was fun
