A glitch

Its a good game, dont get me wrong but Im SUPER mad at how u changed the stuff cuz I had the biowar head and stuff and now its gone and I cant have it so I cant get into the arena can you please fix it or at least give my account enough money to buy new gear and possibly some upgrades?
